You don't need permission to take up space.
You already know that. Somewhere underneath everything you carry ... the roles, the responsibilities, the version of yourself you've been performing for everyone else ...
She knows it too.
You clicked on this page because something pulled you here. Maybe you've been thinking about it for months. Maybe you saved a reel at midnights and told yourself "one day."
Maybe someone sent you this link and said you needed it without being able to explain exactly why.
Whatever brought you here, I'm glad you're here.
Because I think you've been hiding. Not in an obvious way. In that quiet, practiced way that women learn when the world keeps teaching them that being too much is a problem. You made yourself smaller. More agreeable. Easier to be around. You put yourself last so many times it started to feel like just who you are.
It's not who you are. It's what you learned to survive.
I'm not here to fix you. You were never broken. I'm here to remind you of what you already know ... that she's still in there. The version of you that exists outside of every role you've ever been handed.
I'm Brittany. And I know what it is like to hide behind a role.
I've been the woman who made herself smaller so someone else felt bigger. Who stayed quiet when she had something to say. Who performed a version of her self that kept the peace, even when the peace was costing her everything.
I came out of an abusive marriage. And I know firsthand what it does to a woman ... how it teaches her to ask permission to exist. How it makes stepping into her power feel dangerous, indulgent, selfish. How she starts to believe that who she was before doesn't exist anymore.
She does. I promise you ... she does.
I picked up a camera because I wanted to show women what I couldn't see in myself for a long time. That they are powerful without performing it. Desirable without earning it. Whole ... right now, exactly as you are, without needing anyone's permission to believe it.
I'm not the photographer who hypes you up with a playlist and a glass of champagne and tells you you're beautiful. I mean, the playlist slaps, but that's not what this is.
This is me seeing you. Really seeing you. The parts you've been hiding and the parts you forgot were there. And holding up the camera so you can see them too.

The Boudoir Edit is not a makeover. It's not a confidence exercise. It's not about looking a certain way or being at your smallest or your most polished.
It's a reclamation.
For a few hours, you don't have to be anyone's mother, partner, employee, or backbone. You don't have to hold anything or anyone together. You don't have to ask if it's okay.
You just get to be her. Fully. On your own terms. In your power.
And when you walk out of my studio ... you'll remember what that feels like. You won't be able to unknow it.
That's the point. That's always been the point.
a Powerful transformation
"I have had two previous photo shoots with Britt several years ago, and even then she was amazing! From the hair and makeup to the guidance of the posing. We just had my third shoot and her style is unbeatable. I have never felt and looked so good! I will choose her and her business over and over again!"
